1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:

• The book is damaged or defective.
• You received the wrong item.
• The package was tampered with or missing items.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• E-books or downloadable content
• Clearance or sale items
• Items without original packaging

3. Return Process

Email us at returns@vidyarthibooksonline.com with your order ID and product issue photos. Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide return instructions.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 working days after inspection.

5. Exchange

If you want to exchange a damaged item for the same product, indicate this during your return request.
